The Babe Cave Intimacy Boutique LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase from www.shopthebabecave.com. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility (30-Day Policy)
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- All original parts, cords, controls, accessories, and packaging must be included
- Lingerie must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all tags attached
Due to the intimate nature of our products, any item that has been opened is considered used and is not eligible for return.
This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used intimate products
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
- Digital or downloadable products (if offered in the future)
- Gift cards (if offered in the future)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We offer a one-year warranty on eligible products for manufacturing defects or material issues that affect functionality.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at babecaveparties@gmail.com with photos and order details so we can assist you.
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Cosmetic deterioration
- Products that have been disassembled or altered
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
